1. You must click on the (MS Word Version) and save it to your computer somewhere where you can locate it.
2. Input your information, and save the document (delete the excess lines to make it look neater). Please do not edit any other part of the application. If you are filling out the Program Evaluation Form, please underline the words for your response.
3. Go into your email account, and Compose a new email. Attach the file by clicking Attach Files and browsing through your computer to the spot where you saved the document.
4. Email to: info@daniellesplace.org. Please make the subject the title of the application form. Make sure the file has been attached (it will tell you in the email). Send! You have sent us your volunteer application! Thank you very much.
