Free Being Me introduces the idea that society promotes a narrow and unrealistic definition of beauty. Free Being Me will use positive and affirming activities to nurture body confidence and self-esteem. A group to foster resiliency, connections and positive engagement through social activities. View Flyer >>
Two 10-week sessions. One in the Fall and one in the Winter/Spring. Boys ages 13-18 yrs ** Max number of attendees for this group is 10-12.
A group for youth to come together to discuss issues such as body image, how media relates and can affect body image, appearance ideals, breaking down stereotypes and how to become an advocate for positive body image in the community. There is also an art component at the end of each session where the youth are able to express ideas, emotions and opinions through art. View Flyer >>
Four 5-week sessions, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Youth ages 13-16 **Max number of attendees for this group is 10.
Parenting group for parents/caregivers. Enhance your parenting skills and build a stronger relationship with your children.
6 week session. Registration required
Clinical professionals lead this DBT based group for youth struggling with disordered eating (DBT – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). This group has a parenting and youth component.
10 week session. Registration required
Ongoing weekly sessions of gentle yoga focused on relaxation techniques.

Monthly drop-in program starting in Fall 2018. This program is for people of all genders between 13-18 years old.
