Virtual Walk-In Services
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:00 am – 3:00 pm call our Live Answer Line to book a virtual session 289-266-0036. We have Mental Health Therapists, Behavioural Therapists and Under 6 Therapists at Virtual Walk-In available for you.
If those hours don’t work for you, we’ve got you covered!
You can access our Live Answer Service 5 days a week, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, to book a convenient time to speak with a therapist. Call us at 289-266-0036 or chat with our Digital Assistant, Quinn, on www.rockonline.ca to connect!

Connection to other services if needed. For many, a single session is all that’s needed, but you can come more than once, the decision is yours
Who can attend?
Families with children from birth to 17 years of age
Youth 12 years and older can come on their own and/or with support people
We encourage your entire family and/or important support people to attend the therapy session with you
What can you expect?
The focus for the therapy session is based on what the family members or person want from the conversation
We will focus on your needs and strengths and work hard with you to find solutions and to leave with a plan
What if we are in crisis?
If you are having a Mental Health Emergency, please call the police (911) or go to your local Hospital
